Tesla Lease Payment Estimator (June 2026)
Tesla's lease offers are some of the most aggressive in the business — a Model 3 leases from just $329/mo, and because Tesla sells direct (no dealership markup) the advertised number is the number. Pick a trim below to see the current payment, then drag your cash-due-at-signing up or down to see how it moves the monthly. Every figure is a real June 2026 advertised offer; lease terms change roughly monthly, so confirm the live number on Tesla's site before you sign.
Estimate. Changing cash-due-at-signing shifts the monthly by roughly the difference spread over the 36-month term (Tesla doesn't publish the residual or money factor, so the small finance effect isn't modeled). The lease payment is just the car — add insurance and charging for your true monthly. Run those in the full cost calculator.

CarsDirect Tesla lease roundup (updated 6/28/2026), mirroring Tesla's advertised manufacturer lease examples. Tesla has no advertised manufacturer lease deals on the Model S or Model X right now — contact Tesla for a quote rather than relying on third-party estimates. Offers change about monthly and expire end-of-quarter — best pricing usually lands in the last week. Verify the live offer at tesla.com/current-offers.
What you should know before you lease
- You can buy it at the end now. Tesla reinstated end-of-lease buyouts on Nov 27, 2024 — you can purchase the car at lease end for its preset residual value on all models (Model 3/Y/S/X/Cybertruck), except in Iowa and Louisiana. A processing fee (~$350) applies. This reverses Tesla's old 2022 no-buyout policy.
- Fees: a ~$695 acquisition fee is baked into the due-at-signing; budget a ~$395 disposition fee at return if you hand it back instead of buying out, and ~$0.25/mile over the 10k/yr allowance.
- FSD is separate. FSD (Supervised) is a separate $99/month subscription tied to your account, not capitalized into the lease.
- Mileage matters. All advertised deals are 10k mi/yr; higher tiers (12k/15k) raise the payment, so lease for how you actually drive.
Lease or buy?
Leasing wins on low monthly cost and always being under warranty; buying wins if you keep the car long-term, especially when Tesla is running one of its 0–0.99% purchase APRs. Now that buyouts are back, a lease also keeps the door open to owning later. We break the whole decision down in Tesla lease vs buy in 2026, or compare a financed purchase against a gas car in the cost-of-ownership calculator.
